feel free to contact us. 1) Do you accept american dollars and what's the exchange rate?
A: Yes, our exchange rate is based on the Bank of French Polynesia.
2) How far in advance do we need to book to assure a tour spot?
A: The earlier the better, especially during high season. (May to September)
3) What is your reservation policy?
A: We ask for a credit card number and expiration date to hold reservation, but payment should be cash upon arrival. We will charge 50 % if the tour is cancelled less than 24 hours before date of departure.
4) Do the prices include taxes?
A: Yes, all taxes are included in all tour prices listed on the site! (10%)
5) Do you do group prices?
A: Yes, send us an email for details!
6) Are you insured?
A: Yes
7) Why don't you supply fins?
A: We don't supply fins because it is too hard to carry all the different sizes.
8) Are your boats covered?
A: Yes, ALL our boats are covered to protect us from the sun's strong rays- including the Boston Whalers and the Bayliner!
9) Do you pick up in the hotels, or on Vaitape dock?
A: Either one. Depending on your hotel location, we'll pick you up in our air-conditioned Land Rover, or Boston Whaler boat if your hotel is located on a motu.
